He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Holzinger and Ruth Hess (Fisher); and his nephews, Tony and Scott Holzinger. He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie Roach of Ft. Collins, CO, Larry Holzinger of Pennsylvania, Cheryl Hess of Peoria and Pam Weber (Bob) of Peoria; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Roach, Kevin Holzinger, Rick Holzinger, Brian Weber, Brad Weber, Julie Burgard, Susan Roach and Tarin Gribble. He is also survived by three step-brothers, and two step-sisters.
