With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Catherine Louise Allen of Peoria, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Catherine Louise left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jenkins and Pearl Jenkins (Meskimmen); and her siblings, Charles Jenkins, Wilber Jenkins, Ella Cunningham, Mary Anderson and Cora Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Murphy (Greg Hamilton) of Peoria, Brad Allen (Shelly Stringer) of Peoria and John Allen of Peoria; her grandchildren, Matt Murphy (Alana) and Jessica Taylor (Alex); her great grandchildren, Christian, Eva, Kaden, McKenna and Addison; and her sister Estelalien Stewart-Schielein of Bartonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church in Bartonville, the charity of your choice, or St Jude Midwest Affiliate.
