She is survived by : her husband Tommie Shaffer, Jr. of Peoria, IL; her children, Tandrae Shaffer (Kaysha Morrison) of Galesburg, IL, Tajmah Shaffer and Alycia Thomas; her siblings, Ruben of Peoria, IL, Samella Shumate, Regina of Washington, Cynthia Smith of Peoria, IL and Dossie Shumate of Milwaukee, WI; her godchildren, Quinishia Johnson of Peoria, IL, Ca'Marria Sally of Peoria, IL and Natasha Watts (Richard) of Peoria, IL; and her grandchildren, Ashiya Shaffer of Peoria, IL, Landon Albert of Peoria, IL and Masyn Linwood of Peoria, IL.
