She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Esther Waggoner (Kelsey) and Joseph Waggoner; her husband Kenneth Dale Smith; her children, Penny Smith, Brian Smith, Brad Smith (Lisa) of Las Vegas, NV, Candy Hiett (Tom) of Monmouth, IL and Wendy Monahan (Mike) of Peoria, IL; her brother Roger Waggoner (May) of Lafayette, LA; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Waggoner of Minneapolis, MN. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
