She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Keithly and Evelyn Gould Keithly; and her sister Jane Pfleeger. She is survived by: her children, Kristy Arnold (Doug) of Peoria, IL and Brian K. O'Neill of Sahuarita, AZ; her grandchildren, Parker Rashid of Peoria, IL and Anna Rashid of Peoria, IL; her friends, Beth, Janice and Gail; and her pet Lola.
