We bid farewell to Betty Lou Steffy of Peoria, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 16, 2025 at the age of 91. Betty Lou touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hoxsey and Myrtle Hoxsey (Edwards); her husband Gerald Steffy; her children, Vicki Steffy and Gerald Steffy II; and her brother-in-law Wayne Mohr.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristyn Studebaker (David) and Joshua Steffy (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Kaylee Studebaker and Allen Studebaker; her sister Bonnie Mohr; and her daughter-in-law Jamie Steffy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodland Baptist Church (6915 N Allen Rd, Peoria, IL 61614). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
