She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Tadlock and Florence Tadlock (Fidler); and her husband William Rigley. She is survived by: her sister Jacklyn Ricca of Peoria; her nephew Todd Ricca; her niece Janet Probasco; her great-nieces, Danielle Probasco and Regan Probasco; and her stepdaughters, Lynn Trammel and Dr. Diane Rigley.

Memorials may be made to the Peoria Women's Club, or the University United Methodist Church (where she was a member).
