Barbara Boltz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2022, at the age of 67, Barbara Boltz of Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Belmonte and Grace Belmonte (Kaufman); her husband John Boltz; her daughters, Jennifer Conrad (A. J.) of Princeville, Jamie Cunningham (Daniel) of Peoria and Jodi Maybanks (Mitchell) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Keegan Conrad, Brayden Conrad, John Conrad, Isatu Conrad, Graycen Conrad, Bailey Cunningham, Drew Cunningham, Mason Maybanks and Kinley Maybanks; her siblings, Margaret Matyaszek (George) of Berwyn and Louis Belmonte (Steffanie) of St. Charles; and her pet Karl. She was also cherished by Mamaw's six grand puppies.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barb Boltz Memorial Fund at CEFCU for her grandchildren's education fund.
