He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Claude F. Spencer, Lucille A. Spencer, Roma and Fred Wagner. He is survived by: his parent Debra M. Spencer of Elmwood; his brother Maxwell Spencer of Peoria; his grandparents, Robert F. Spencer of Peoria Heights and Fern L. Spencer (Markley Madden) of Freeport, FL; his aunt Juli D. Crider (Mark); his cousin Isabella Crider of Rydal, GA; his great-aunt Christina Wagner of Madison, WI; his godmother Colleen Tammeus of Peoria; his pets, Tucker and Riley; and also Chris.
The Bailey Spencer Memorial Fund has been created to support and encourage others to follow in his path and take the non-traditional route of education and career in the trades, technical, or mechanical programs and the military.
