He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joshua Perkins and La'Azia King; his sister Maleeya Thomas; and his grandparents, Timothy Bailey of Peoria, Yolanda Wilson of Peoria and Jacqueline Jennings of Minnesota.

Interment will be Private. Due to COVID-19 mandates both masks and social distancing are mandated.
