It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew E. Burgeson (Peoria, Illinois), born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. "Lefty" and Irene E. Burgeson (Tolle); and his sister Martha "Marty" Burgeson. He is survived by: his wife Eunice P. Schierer; his children, Michele Barbieur (Charles) of East Peoria, IL, Bridget Sherman (Paul) of Peoria, IL and Scott Burgeson of Howell, MI; his grandchildren, Anthony Barbieur, Zachary and Elizabeth Sherman; and his sister April Pierce of West Peoria, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Andy's memory may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Peoria Heights, IL, or Peoria Humane Society in Peoria, IL.
