It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachery Symmonds (Peoria Heights, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ellis, Betty Symmonds of Peoria, Jack Vanderheydt of Marquette Heights, Christina Leason of East Peoria and Richard Reichard of Peoria Heights; his brother Eric Reichard II of East Peoria; his aunt Jacqueline Scogin of Peoria; and his cousin Samuel Symmonds of Peoria.
He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan P. Symmonds (Teresa) of Peoria Heights and Jackie L. Reichard (Eric) of Washington; his wife Tara Symmonds of Peoria; his children, Ellie L. Symmonds and Zachery A. Symmonds II; his brothers, Joshua Symmonds (Maggie Bowles) of Peoria Heights, Joseph Symmonds (Tiffany Hartman) of Peoria Heights, Micheal Gilman (Angela Lollock) of Dunlap, Matthew Leason of Peoria Heights and Blaine Reichard of Peoria; his grandmothers, Beverly Vanderhydt of Washington and Ruth Reichard of Washington; and his nieces and nephews, Patience Symmonds, Gabriel Symmonds, Joshua Symmonds Jr., Anthony Rivera, Donavin Symmonds, Joseph Symmonds Jr., Aiden Miller and Eriyanna Reichard.
A memorial fund has been established for Zac's children Ellie L. Symmonds and Zachery A. Symmonds II and donations accepted at the Busey Bank through Jonathan P. Symmonds.
