He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dunkin and Frances Dunkin; his former wife Ruth Yerby; his son Steve Dunkin; and his brothers, Edward and Robert Dunkin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Brewer (Allen) of Streator, IL and Deb Shoultz (Mike) of Pekin, IL; and his grandchildren, Angela Trost (Jason), Allison Fisher (Darrin), Arin Salisbury (Adam), Andrew Brewer (Kate Perkins), Tania Whitby (Jason) and Teena Roth. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and two nieces.
