It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Cusack (Peoria Heights, Illinois), who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Bob. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dr. Mike (Kate), Ryan Cusack (Liam) and Dr. Kelly Cusack; and his siblings, Jim, Tom, Jack, Dan, Susie Helms, Dolores Murphy, Pat, Jerry and Mike. He is also survived by his wife of 38 years, and by his three children.
