He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Lynn and Alice Lynn (Singleton). He is survived by: his wife Linda Matlock; and his children, Beverly Winchell (James) of Las Vegas, NV, Dale Lynn (Sharon) of Chillicothe, William R. "Randy" Lynn (Rhonda) of Washington, IL, Charles Lynn (Lisa) of Bedford, IA, Anita Megyesi (Curt) of Washington, IL and Lorie Riggins (Craig) of Peoria Heights. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, three brothers and two sisters.
