She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell W. Lemons and Lillian May Lemons (Campbell); her husband Charles Lewis; her siblings, Beverly Lahne, Gloria Whitman and Bill Lemons; and her children, Bill Lewis and Sandra Lewis Perry.
She is survived by: her former husband Carl Ruhlander; her children, Carl Ruhlander (Susan McCart) of Peoria, IL, Wendy Taylor (Mark) of Las Vegas, NV, Stacey Lewis (John Lunde) of Battle Ground, WA, Charles Lewis (Janice) of Germany and Mark Lewis (Valerie) of Trivoli, IL; and her sister Joyce Clarke of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
