He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude F. Spencer and Lucille A. Spencer (Sauer); and his grandson Bailey C. Spencer. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra M. Spencer of Elmwood and Juli D. Crider (Mark) of Rydal, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Maxwell A. Spencer and Isabella C. Guinn (Austin); and his great grandchild Morgan R. Guinn.
