He was predeceased by: his parents, Valvey Gene and Wilma Praag Johns. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Nagel; his sons, Mike Johns and Brian Johns (Maggie); his grandchildren, Schuyler, Gavin, Connor, Grace, Hazel and Piper; and his sister Tyra Clark (Keith).
