He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Powers (Matthew) of Ferdinand, IN; his grandson Flynn Powers of Ferdinand, IN; his sisters, Tina Foley of Peoria, IL and Carrie Foley of Chicago, IL; his grandmother Marion Marker of Miami, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Foley of Chicago, IL, Nikiya Berman-Foley (Keonsha Cooper) of St. David, IL, Dedric Eckwood Jr. (Jasmine Kling) of Canton, IL, Diamond Eckwood of Peoria, IL and Tayah Foley of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
