Haskins of Peoria Heights, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his aunt Joyce Kellesvig (Keegan); his uncle Jeff Keegan; and his grandparents, Marie and Dan Keegan. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Haskins and Nancy Haskins (Keegan); his fiancé Jackie DeJaynes of Peoria; his sisters, Jennifer Hepner (Aaron) of Downs and Jacqulyn Miller (Jordan) of Bloomington; his nephew Arlo Hepner; and his grandmother Melvina Haskins of Rockford.
Memorials may be directed to St. Matthews Episcopal Church to be used for their AA Meetings.
