She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Frederick "Pete" Forslund and Margaret Mary "Pegi" Forslund (Flanagan); and her brother Raymond Forslund. She is survived by: her sons, Nathan D. Booth (Ruthie) of Fulton and Corey J. Booth of Miles, Iowa; her grandchildren, Alisyn Booth of Clinton, Iowa, Tori Jo Booth of Clinton, Iowa and Brayden Booth of Clinton, Iowa; her siblings, Joe Forslund (Carol) of Jacksonville, Florida, Meg Iorfida of Florida, Eileen Phillips of Chicago and Connie Anderson (Sam) of Orange Park, Florida; and her brother-in-law Mark Woolam of Peoria Heights.
