He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Underwood; his children, Cynthia Cisco (Ken) and Jay Smith (Deborah) of Cleveland Tennessee; his grandchildren, Sean Cisco, Shane Cisco (Sarah), Ashley Brokop (Bill), Tyler Smith (Laura) and Emily Rulong (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Cisco, Sydney Cisco, Wesley Brokop, Betsy Brokop, Abby Brokop, Liam Smith, Liza Jane Smith, Quinlan Rulong, Elowyn Rulong, Cameron Rulong and Shane Rulong.
