She was predeceased by: her parents, William Osborn and Betty Osborn (Croy); her granddaughter Victoria Leigh Watts; and her brother Thomas Osborn. She is survived by: her husband David Bland; her daughter Leigh Ann Osborn of West Peoria; her stepson Nicholas Bland (Sarah) of Elmwood; her stepgrandchildren, Maddux, Grayson and Emersyn; her siblings, William "Bill" Osborn (Diane) and Jane Gleason (Mike); her sister-in-law Linda Osborn; and her mothers-in-law, Shirley Bland and Dorothy Bland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
