She is survived by: her former husband Ralph Lewis; her spouse Thomas C. Duncan; her stepchildren, Thomas "Glen" Duncan, Ronald Duncan (Annette) and Carolyn Ferguson (Richard); and her nieces and nephews, Tim Wiles (Marie), David Wiles (Kerri), Julie Crutchfield (Rick), Debbie Palladini (Rose) and Michelle Palladini Clayton.
Social distancing and COVID 19 restrictions will be followed.
