He was predeceased by: his father John R. Clifton. He is survived by: his mother Norma R. Fitzgerald Clifton; his children, John B. "JB" Clifton of St. Louis, MO and Samantha Clifton of Springfield; and his siblings, James W. Clifton of Poplar Bluff, MO and Rhonda Kennedy of Edinburg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
