Jennifer Smith-Evans Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Smith-Evans of Peoria Heights, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Sheila Rawlins (Brown); her sister Heather Smith-Condon; and her grandparents, George, Marguerite Smith, Sr. and Dolores Brown.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica and Jasmine Evans of Spring Town, Texas; her father George Smith Jr. of Streator; her brother Patrick Smith (Karen) of Streator; and her grandfather James Brown of Grand Ridge. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
