She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Bodman and Dorothy Bodman; her brother Stanley Bodman; her husband Ralph Converse; and her sister Julia Faust.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Kristin Converse; her children-in-law, Andy Schlicksup and Kara Converse (Petit); and her grandchildren, Georgia, Janey, Jack, Sophie, Kate and Jake. She is also survived by her sister, cousins, in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Peoria Zoo or to the Springdale Cemetery Historical Foundation.
