He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Risinger and Viola Risinger. He is survived by: his wife Estelle; his children, Kristopher Risinger (Malu), Peter Risinger and Angela Applegate (Brenden); and his stepdaughter Linda Bennett (Mike). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
