She is survived by: her husband Scott D. Coffman; her children, Stephen Coffman (Ashley) of Atlanta, GA, April Coffman of Metamora, IL, Kayla Baker (Daniel) of East Peoria, IL, Samantha Coffman (Jeremy Scott) of Peoria Heights, IL, Amanda Coffman (Zach Craig) of Peoria Heights, IL, Miranda Coffman (Robert Padilla) of Peoria Heights, IL and Kaiden Coffman of Peoria Heights, IL.; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Jack, Avery, Riley, Shyanne, Josiah, Jaellah, Stefan, Landon, Trisdan, Braylen, Jeremy Jr., Zachery Jr., Jaxyn and Emilia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
