Rose of Peoria Heights, Illinois, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Meyer and Patricia Meyer; her daughter Cheryl "Cheri" Kamran; and her brother Steve Meyer. She is survived by: her son Neal Minton (Jamie Bottom) of Ottawa, IL; her grandchildren, John Poon, Jr., Seth Minton, Alec Minton (Nichole), Joseph Minton (Emmalee), Alexandria Thomas and Autumn Klaskin; and her siblings, Thomas Meyer (Carol) of Toulon, IL, Theresa Wilson of Peoria Heights, IL, Molly Halasz of Zephyrhills, FL and Dori Higdon (Dennis). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
