He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Gavin, Sr. and Dorothy Ann Howe Gavin; and his brother William Gavin. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Charles and Colleen Moore (John) of Germantown Hills; his grandchildren, Ashley, Drew Gavin, Kaileigh Stephens (Jake), William, Matthew and Madeline Moore; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Theodore and John Lincoln Stephens.
