It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Stallings of Pekin, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Stallings and Jemima A. Stallings (Holland); his daughter Tabitha Ann Stallings; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harris and Ralph Lee Stallings.

He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Allard; his daughter Tiffany Diekhoff (Brett) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Savannah Diekhoff, Sydney Diekhoff and Samantha Diekhoff; his siblings-in-law, David Harris of Oklahoma, Nancy Springer of Pekin and Linda "Sissy" Smith of Pekin; and his close friend Gloria Leadley of Pekin.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Midwest Affiliate, 530 Northeast Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, IL 61637.
