He was predeceased by: his parents, Berl Reaves and Christine Reaves (Rech); and his siblings, Eugene Reaves and Rosalie Miller (Reaves). He is survived by: his children, Curt Reaves (Lin) of South Pekin and Angie Evans of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Amy Wubben (Jason), Tiffany Schneider (Dean), Bethany Evans (DJ Jackson), Sheena Curto (Chris), Malloree Oetzel (Josh), Katie Huddleston (Chauncey), Bridgette Strickfaden (Jake) and Austin Conner (Nikki). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's (Sand Prairie) Lutheran Church, 13443 Townline Road, Green Valley, IL 61534.
