She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Oats and Eleanor B. Oats (Harding); her husband Donald H. Martin; and her stepfather Charles William Martin. She is survived by: her sons, Wesley C. Martin (Joanie) of Ocala, FL and Bradley S. Martin (Kanyarat) of Tampa, FL; her grandson Tanner Martin of Ohio; her brother Larry R. Oats (Colleen) of Wisconsin; and her nieces and nephews, Nate Oats (Crystal), Andy Oats (Lisa), Betsy Malmanger (Kipp) and Katie Washetas (Eddie). She is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (711 Court St, Pekin, IL 61554).
