It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherrill Ann Doubet-Koehlhoeffer of Pekin, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Doubet and Jackie Doubet (Rakestraw); her daughter Stacey; and her sister Cindy Brandon. She is survived by: her husband David Koehlhoeffer; her children, Sarah Swibold (Chad) of North Pekin, Synthia Bolding of East Peoria, IL and Stephen Gosch of Tallahassee; her grandchildren, Xavier Gosch, Kayonna Stanley (James), Jexie Bolding, Lucas Gosch and Izlen Gosch; her great grandchild Grayson Stanley; and her siblings, Terri Doubet of Creve Coeur, Linda Ebersole (Dave) of East Peoria, Scott Doubet of Creve Coeur and Tim Doubet (Rhonda) of Brimfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
