She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon White and Myra Jane White (Cochran); her husband Wesley Dale Bybee; her son Leonard Miller; her brothers, James White and Clifford White; her half-siblings, Dale White, Gwendolyn Hoover and Eudena Cook; and her stepbrother Kenneth Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Bagley of Pekin, Ivan Miller, II (Gail) of Pekin, Ted Miller (Sherrie) of Pekin and Owen Miller (Jane) of Pekin; her daughter-in-law Teresa Miller of Manito; her grandchildren, Tracey Mott (Troy) of Marion, Nicholas Ramsey (Alexia) of Chicago, Ivan "Bud" Miller, III of Spring Lake, Sarah Cummings (Chris) of Pekin, Jamie Nieukirk (Brian) of Lowell, Duane Miller (Amanda) of Ft. Wayne, Melanie Miller of Pekin and Dawn Miller of Hanna City; her siblings, Robert White (Hallie) of Ohio, Huey White of Kentucky and Anita Miller (Wayne) of Kentucky; and her half-sister Pat Snodgrass (Daryl) of Kentucky. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
