He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dwight and Mamie Gladys Samuelson (Dugan); and his sister Darlene Hill. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cochran; and his grandchildren, Annika Samuelson of Birr Switzerland, Sonya Samuelson of Birr Switzerland, Justin Reliford of Washington and Ravyn Reliford of Peoria.
