Richard Gamage Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Gamage of Pekin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Gamage and Wilma Gamage (Dorsett). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elaine Lawrence; his children, Lynn Ann Risenberg (Allen) of Audubon, Katie B. Sanders of Pekin and Kimberly J. Crowe of Pekin; and his sister Penny Gamage of Galesburg. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
