He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse O. Flier and Dorothy S. Heiser Flier. He is survived by: his wife Penny McIntyre; his children, Tracy Lynn Griffonetti of Missouri and Michael R. Flier (Melissa) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Alexa (Danny), Brea, Talia, Sydney (Tyson) and Logan; and his brother Jerry L. Flier (Sue) of Pekin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
