Cusac (Gohl) of Creve Coeur; her husband David Smith; her daughters, Kristine Smith of Pekin and Ashley Smith of Pekin; her brother Daniel Cusac (Gina) of Godfrey; and her nieces and nephews, Pomeranian and Maggie Mayhem.
