She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen H. Williams and Anna C. Williams (Gosnell); her son Edward H. Skaggs, Jr.; her children-in-law, Terry Lane, Sr. and Sylvia Skaggs; and her siblings, William Brooks, Cloryne Tucker and Alyne Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Skaggs of Cocoa, Mark Skaggs (Kathleen) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Deborah Norton of Pekin and Glenna Lane of Pekin; and also Gail Miller (Ivan, Jr.) of Pekin. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
