With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis E. Orr of Pekin, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Serino and Dora Dean Serino. She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Orr; her sons, Larry of Pekin, Steve (Cathleen) of Buffalo and David of Cary; her grandchildren, Jamie Nelson (Tim), Travis Orr (Nicole), Derek Orr (Kristin) and Lacey Smith (Paul) of Atlanta, Georgia.; her great grandchildren, Grant, Clara, Evelyn, Zach Nelson, Isabella, Olivia, Jackson and Emma Orr; her sister Mary Lauderback of Pekin; her nephew Lee Lauderback (Pam) of Fort Collins; and her niece Lynn Lauderback of Florida.
