We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2023, at the age of 80, Patricia Joann Sego of Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick "Fritz" Helmig and Ora Marcelle Helmig (Kohtz); and her brother Ronnie Helmig. She is survived by: her husband Danny Lee Sego; her children, David Sego (Lori) of Pekin, Daniel Sego (Corie) of Green Valley and Denise Burton (Eric) of Fenton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Samantha Sego, Bryan Sego of David, Madison Sego, Ethan Sego and Morgan Sego; her great grandchild Ezekiel Anderson; and her sister Kathy Beal of Pekin.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 711 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554 or to Tazewell Animal Protective Society, 100 Taps Lane, Pekin, IL 61554.
