She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Koontz and Edna Koontz (Trent); and her siblings, Irene Hartman, Leona Peterson, Norma Jean Hartquist, Robert and Raymond Koontz.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Davis of Pekin, Barbara Wangler of Manito, Rachel Van Vooren of Bartonville and Dennis Davis (Cheryl) of Pekin; and her siblings, Delbert Koontz of Bartonville, Carl Koontz of Peoria and Melba Koontz of Bushnell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
