He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Uphoff and Marie Uphoff; and his siblings, Wendell (Wanda), Warner, Raymond Uphoff, Lucille Bruce (Lester) and Maxine Walley (George).
He is survived by: his wife Opal Tucker; his daughter Lisa Lechton (Robert); his grandsons, Bradley Lechton (Emily), Andrew Lechton and Zachary Lechton; his brother Rolland Uphoff (Barb) of St. Louis; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Uphoff, Randy Uphoff, Sandy Schroeder, Wanda Rippey, Angie Dennison and Ammie Porter.
