It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Louise Alexander of Pekin, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Weithe and Winifred Weithe (Turner); her husband Darrell Alexander; her siblings, Bill Weithe Jr. and Virginia Burroughs; and her nephew Scott Gregory.
She is survived by: her former husband Howard Woodruff; her daughter Bonnie Schad of Florida; her grandson Quinn E. Schad of East Peoria; her great grandchildren, Anthony Schad and Quinn Richard Schad; her sister Nancy Burlingame of Pekin; and her nieces and nephews, Teresa Kellerstrass (Patrick) of Pekin, Jan Michaels (John) of Arizona and Steve Garman (Sarah) of Green Valley.
