He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario "Hooks" Tosi and Opal A. Tosi (Lowe); his son Tony Lee Tosi; his sisters, Dianna "Tootie" Luthy and Geraldine E. "Geri" Hamilton; and his nephew Kyle Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Challberg; his son Dan Tosi of Pekin; his granddaughter Tierza Tosi of Pekin; his brother-in-law Kenneth Luthy of Tucson, Arizona; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Luthy (Patricia) of Oracle, Kent Hamilton (Julie) of Pekin, Kendra Wilson (Greg) of Roscoe and Gia Hild (Randy) of Pekin.
