She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Lee and Nancy Jo Clapp (Covert); and her sister-in-law Amanda Clapp. She is survived by: her husband Larry Karnes; her stepchildren, Faith Peters (Alex) of South Pekin, Hope Smith of Pekin, Luv Howe of Bloomington, Cindy Karnes of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Lyle Karnes (Donjell) of Spring Lake; and her siblings, Leslie Durham (Larry) of Chehalis, LeeAnne Clapp of Mattoon, Mark Clapp of Oakland and Michael Clapp of Hindsboro. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
