He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth James and Linda Lou Cornwell (Bitner); and his sister Tammie Calvin. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Cornwell (Cindy) of Pekin, Gary Cornwell of Sheridan, Mike Cornwell (Debbie) of Assumption, Julie Hollis (Rusty) of Pekin and Jody Cornwell (Troy Morrissey) of Peoria Heights. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
