He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Kells and Lotus D. Kells (Beckmeyer); his wife Dorothy B. Kellum; and his sister Helen Hickersberger. He is survived by: his children, Bill Kells (Sue) of Pekin and Kim Meyers (Loren) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Stephanie Sullivan (Barry) of Washington, Jacob Meyers (Derek) of East Peoria, Mallory Parker (Jody) of Pekin, Kacey Stroemer (Brennan) of East Peoria, Kody Kells of Pekin and Kory Kells of Pekin; and his great grandchildren, Joslyn Sullivan, Adalyn Sullivan, Lexi Wolf (Dylan), Peyton Parker, Ian Parker, Nathan Parker, Quinn Parker, Sawyer Stroemer and Memphis Stroemer.
